01)AIN DUBAI

The 210-meter (689-foot) Ain Dubai (previously named Ain Dubai or Dubai-1 on Bluewaters Island in the United Arab Emirates) was announced in February 2013. 02) Atlantis Paradise Island

Atlantis Paradise Island is an ocean-style resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. It features a variety of accommodations built around Aquaventure, a 62-hectare (154-acre) waterscape that includes fresh and saltwater lakes, swimming pools, marine habitats, slides, and river rides.
The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences is on track to open sometime in 2021. The AED 5.15 billion property will consist of 231 luxury apartments, 693 hotel rooms and 102 suites. The 43-story hotel will feature 90 pools, including a stunning rooftop infinity pool suspended 96 meters above The Palm Island on the 22nd floor. The hotel will exclusively house restaurants run by world-famous chefs, including Gastón Acurio, Costas Spiliadis and Ariana. Bundy, Heston Blumenthal and José Andrés.
03) Legoland hotel

The hotel is built on a 300,000 square foot area adjacent to the Legoland Dubai theme park and will feature LEGO models in every room, disco elevator, castle playground, and themed rooms. Dubai Parks currently operates the Lapita Hotel, which averaged 37 percent occupancy in the first nine months of this year. Mohammed Al Mulla, CEO and Managing Director of DXB Entertainments said: “In line with our announced hotel strategy of bringing more than 1,300 hotel rooms to the destination, we are preparing to open the first Legoland hotel in the region.
